I can’t believe we’re half way there! 20 weeks down & 20 to go✨
20 week bean and I are hanging in there! I feel like I feel some kicks, but I’m not sure if its him or my tummy just moving. We are currently craving orange soda & bbq ribs. We also love our weekly outings to chick fil a 😉😋
As far as sweets go I’m almost positive this kid isn’t the biggest fan of cakes, much like his dad.
Can’t believe we’re officiallly closer to the end than the beginning 💙

Today I woke up feeling extremely grateful to be your wife.
You are exceeding my expectations right now and I’m just so grateful for everything you’re doing for our house & our future family.
Thank you for the patience, more recently than at first, because getting sick all the time has been hard on the both of us. Thank you for the grace, picking up the dishes and grabbing me ice cold drinks from the fridge.
I’m so thankful for our partnership right now and our healthy little boy growing. I love you to the moon and back, and even then some. 💙

16 weeks & 6 Days ✨
Baby bean is officially almost bigger than an avocado 🥑
Y’all this first & second trimester have been killer. There were SO many things they don’t tell you might happen if you’re pregnant. Like spotting or bleeding and that it actually happens to 30% of women while they are pregnant. Or if sneeze sometimes you can have pain in your uterus 🙃 (needless to say extra trips to the doctor & a trip to the ER I’ll hit my deductible sooner rather later 🤣)
I have learned so much about my body in the last 16 almost 17 weeks, but most importantly I have learned is to start trusting my body.
While I’m still getting sick, I’m so happy to be going through this journey to be a mama. Baby bean I think about how meeting you is going to be allllll the time. I wouldn’t trade all the trips to the bathroom to be anything other than where we’re at 💕💙
P.S. can’t wait to find out what you are in two weekssss 👶🏼

Proud is an understatement. Brittany I’m in awe of your willingness to push through and preserve. How ever long it took, you did THIS. Despite all obstacles you continued to pick yourself up and fight for yourself. You at incredibly strong & determined; this just proves it over and over again. Love you to the moon and back.

3 years ago this month I decided I not only wanted more for myself, but desperately needed it.
It’s wild to me now knowing that I did this for the future me & for my future family, to know that time is here still blows my mind. I want to make sure that I continue to show up for me because I know within the last 3 years how much working out has has helped not only my physical being, but my mental one too.
3 years later the initial reason I showed up, is still my driving factor, for future me & my future family.
Here’s to staring a new chapter in my health & fitness ✨👏🏻
