You cannot understand an emerging cannabis market by looking only at headlines, license counts or investment opportunities. You need to hear from the people responsible for building the framework and understand who that framework is intended to serve.

On Thursday, August 27 at 4:20 p.m. ET, CLAB’s Global Cannabis Markets Series travels to Saint Lucia for a live conversation with Dylan Norbert-Inglis, CEO of the Regulated Substances Authority.

We will discuss the current status of Saint Lucia’s cannabis and industrial h**p framework, participation by local businesses, farmers and legacy cultivators, the country’s proposed licensing and Central Trading Entity models, and the opportunities and challenges ahead. We will also explore what international companies should understand about entering an emerging market responsibly and creating relationships that support local economic development.
