Broward County Dual Language Program The Dual Language Program offers a school-within-school approach to second language acquisition education. Students will learn the second language in context.

The BCPS Dual Language Program begins in Pre-K and/or Kindergarten. Students who participate in the program will continue at the next grade level the following year. Language Arts, Social Studies, and Math are taught in English and Spanish.

Research tells us the opposite.

This school year, let’s make sure families hear the message they deserve: Keep speaking your home language. You’re not holding your child back - you’re giving them one of the greatest gifts for lifelong learning!
