Living with lupus can feel like your life got rewritten overnight.
Chronic illness doesn’t just affect your body. It affects your energy, your mood, your relationships, your future. You start wondering how you’re supposed to keep up with life when your body doesn’t cooperate.
I’ve been there.
I was told what my life would look like with lupus. What I wouldn’t be able to do. What I should expect long term.
But I refused to accept that as my ending.
I started focusing on healing my body through food, lowering inflammation, and understanding my triggers. I changed how I lived, not just what I ate.
And just as important, I found a way to make money online so I wasn’t constantly running myself into the ground just to survive.
Now I get to be present with my family, build a life I actually enjoy, and take care of my body at the same time.
This didn’t happen overnight. But it is possible.

As we close the door on 2025, this is your pause moment.
The moment where intentions matter more than resolutions.
2026 is already written. God already wrote your story. The question is whether you’ll step into it.
Will you move in faith, even when it feels unfamiliar?
Or will fear talk you out of what God has been preparing you for?
I’ve learned this the hard way: comfort can look a lot like safety, but it’s often just hesitation in disguise. God doesn’t call us forward once we feel ready. He calls us forward so we become ready.
This is the season to decide.
Not loudly. Not perfectly.
But intentionally.
