Transitional 4's adventured out to the Rivers Edge Discovery Center. Ms Jenny's class had so much fun!!! What a wonderful place for children to go and explore!!!

One of our STEAM activities this week: we made galaxies in a jar!! This prompted so many questions.... what happens when the ingredients mix? How many cotton balls can you fit in the jar? How does the glitter float? What would you name your galaxy? If you were a galaxy what would your name be??? Summer learning... summer fun ♡♡♡♡

School Agers had SO much fun at Dolliver Park!!! Although it may have been a toss up on who had more fun - them or their teachers!!!

Summer adventures....we were so thankful to The Joy Mobile for coming to bring books and Dariette for our transitional 2 year old rooms!!! Huge shout out to Cameron Nelson and his wife for such a fun time!!!

Every day our school agers are doing a STEAM activity. Here is learning how how oil and water dont mix... we made lava lamps! Today we had a bubble lab. The month of June we will be learning more about space so we watched a video about constellations and space and then made rocket ships out of marshmallows and toothpicks.
Schools out doesn't mean learning stops!!

Kennedy park field trips. We had a picnic lunch, played on the playgrounds, went to the Children's Forrest, walked over to the Vets memorial park area and gathered small branches and pinecones for crafts.

Last week we had a lot of fun playing games. Egg races, frog races, wheelbarrow races.. they had a blast!!

Last day of school for most of our kiddos. Officially kicking off summer program!!! Kona Ice, kickoff dance party, games, and evenna good old fashion frog race! To say we were busy would be an understatement....
