Academy of Arts and Knowledge AAK is a Pre-K-5 public school in Fort Collins offering integrated arts and free after school care

Within a supportive school community, The Academy of Arts & Knowledge offers a robust arts program that complements core academics, fosters critical thinking skills, and creates confident, creative individuals with the freedom to reach their full potential. Additionally, AAK offers our Community Learning Center, which offers year-round, engaging programming open to all enrolled students Monday-Fri

day from 7:00-5:30pm at no charge to families! Students can participate in Musical Theatre, Violin or Guitar Classes, Drama, Choir, Coding and Game Design and so many more activities completely free before and after school. The Community Learning Center also offers free summer care for your children so you can feel secure knowing they have a safe and engaging place to spend their time while you are working! We are now enrolling in Kindergarten-Fifth grade for the 2022-23 school year for a new generation of AAK Dragons! Who are AAK Dragons?

After months of hard work, we are thrilled to share that construction is officially complete! This milestone wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support of our AAK family, partners, and neighbors who believed in this vision from day one.

To every parent, student, staff member, and community partner who showed up, cheered us on, and shared in this moment — thank you. This space was built for you, and we can't wait to see it come to life with learning, laughter, and growth in the days ahead.
