Just finished writing my last stroller class. I'm emotional just writing it! It's a mix of all the instructor personalities with a fun music mix all about friendship. It's been such a great ride. This Tuesday, 11-2, is another kids' day at Centera. The theme is transportation, and there will be free activities and crafts, along with free cotton candy!
This Friday, starting at 10 at Fossil Creek Park, The Big Latch On will be taking place. Head over after class to help raise breast feeding awareness in Ft. Collins. There will be giveaways, information and support available.
Book club is August 6, the book is What Alice Forgot. This was a thought-provoking book which was also a surprisingly lighthearted an easy read. Everyone is welcome to attend book club at 7:30, location to be determined. *marnie

We are closing our doors... It is with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to a business full of such amazing women, moms, instructors and support staff. We will be holding our final class on August 31. Details of our final month celebration to follow! http://conta.cc/LKdD1q
We are closing our doors... stay-at-home moms. Our families heavily depend on us while we juggle the many hats of owning a small business. At some point, the goals of the entrepreneur begin to collide with the roles of mom and wife. The lines between family time and business become blurred. Fit 2b Me has reached that point.

(Kristen here) Remembering to drink water is tough but the key is doing it before your thirsty. Below is a calulation for the amount of water you should drink based on your weight. Just remeber, the water you consume during exercise doesn't count. That's water that must be replaced anyway.
Start increasing your water consumption and you'll notice a huge difference in your mood, appetite, and energy.
Your weight x .5 = oz/day
Example: 145 lbs. x .5 = 72.5 oz/day
72.5/8 = 9.06 cups/day
