Anti-White Supremacy Workshops: Liberation Through Our Relationships -by Dr. Cori Wong Beginning June 22, 5:30-7:00
To create a world where everyone is free, we have to dismantle and replace white supremacy with more liberated ways of being. By first recognizing how white supremacy exists within, among, and between us, we can transform larger cultural and political structures of white supremacy. Anti-white supremacy work in our relationships broadens our capacity to care, connect, and see ourselves and each other more clearly so we can move together, in solidarity, through practices for liberation.

✨Healing is an interdependent community work.
✨We aren’t “self made” but “community made” we’ve been shaped by our early experiences of community. These experience include our environments, parents, and societal expectations.
✨We’ve all been taught that rugged individualism is critical to taking care of ourselves.
✨”Individualism strengthens the idea that each person progresses through his own efforts, based on dedication, focus, effort, and the personal decisions that are made.”
✨One myth of oppression is that belief that what an individual does ON THEIR OWN is critical too success.
✨ If you are working to the goal is to foster healthy interdependence. To allow yourself to be seen and held in community.
✨Community is rooted in love, it’s showing up authentically and being recognized as a human being with complex emotions.
✨”Community confirms that personal achievements come from shared knowledge, common values, and mutual support. Society is responsible for the success of all”
✨Community thrives on accountability and connection, not passivity and harmful codependency.
✨If you’re looking for a deeper community to engage with join us in our co-conspirators lounge, a space where we are re-imagining a brave new world. www.coconspirators lounge.com
