Just want to congratulate my boys back home for winning 3 Division operational shooting competition! As usual the guys are getting it done and doing it in a professional manner ! 2 special mentions firstly to for achieving the Top Shot on the competition ! Good effort dude ! And then to for leading the guys through the competition and stepping up in my stead whilst I'm away - it ain't easy to lead and compete at the same time and you lead the guys to an overall win! Well done guys ! Proud moment again for me lad.

Also congrats to 3 rifles for being up there with the big boys, strong effort lads ! Keep it up.

It's been a mental one ! I have learnt so much since being here, so many ideas to bring home and to incorporate into our training and competitions, it has also opened my eyes to where our strengths and weaknesses lie, during the day we are able to stand up with, if not beat the best the world has to offer in the sniper industry (and they really are, some of these guys work ethic and dedication is inspiring and some at such a young age, a real honour to of been able to observe and share experiences with) but then turn the lights off ( night serials) and it becomes a who has got the best kit and knows how to use it in varying conditions to a certain degree, which is very frustrating when you know it's potentially what is stopping you from being competitive at the very top of the rankings,this is not taking anything away from every team on this competition as there is so much ability here, it's lovely to see guys who care and strive to become better! Wanting to improve and lay it all on the line, earn the respect they rightly have worked hard for and deserve. But hey it's all a learning curve and learn i will ! if I don't learn then I'm never going to achieve more.

Thanks again to all the and for giving us the opportunity to attend and participate, also for all the support from training to weapons and equipment and much more, we appreciate it more than I can explain, hope we 1 day are able to return the favour in the UK ! Would be a privilege to Host anyone from the competition.

10 years in the game and I'm still learning the basics to this day, and yano what... If it makes me better ! I'll take it in the spades full ! Never too old to learn nor too proud to listen to SMEs. The moment you start to think you know it all or too big to take advice, you may as well hang it up because you're now at a wall or on the decline.

If you're not improving then what is the point.

Thank you guys involved with the ISC anyone that have helped the UK (team 27) this week, we really appreciate it and we look forward too having some fun over the competition and hopefully not performing so bad lol.

First day catching some dope, f**k it's hot out here haha, great start, few weapon dramas but we think we got it nipped, do some steel ringing tomorrow with the so hopefully he has some tricks to teach.

So we have arrived safely at Ft Benning, all we have had since leaving camp is hurdles thrown at us before we even get started 🤣, but we expect nothing less, the American guys have been nothing but polite and helpful so I would like to say thank you for your help so far. let's hope it all settles down so we can get some training in.🤣

Data collection

I would like to discuss the differences between ballistic data and RWD (real world data), don't be shy, crack a comment down below on what you think is the differences and why, what goes into RWD ? As usual this is not too embarrass or correct, it's more of a discussion, a chance to share opinions and also possibly learn a thing or 2, hopefully for me as well.
