So many of us are stuck in cycles we can’t explain.

We react instead of respond.
We make decisions that don’t feel like us.
We keep repeating patterns and wonder, “Why do I keep doing this?”

Often, it’s not because something is wrong with us —
it’s because we don’t really know ourselves.

🎉Another client success story! 🎉

When she first came to me, she was emotionally drained from a toxic work relationship that left her feeling like she was going into battle every day. The tension, the aggression, the constant hostility — it had worn her down.

Silence can look like strength. But I know firsthand, t’s really survival.

For years, I thought not asking made me strong. But what it really did was make me invisible. My needs didn’t go away; they just went unheard. And that kind of survival is lonely.

Healing began when I realized: my needs were never too much. What was too little was the care I was given.

That’s what Surrounded or Supported? is about. Creating a space where we don’t have to pretend we’re fine just to be accepted. Where silence no longer has to be our survival strategy.

I used to ask myself: If I speak up, will they still love me? Will they still stay?

That’s the fear that silence teaches. That your needs are a risk. That love or friendship might not survive if you’re honest about what you carry.

But love that disappears when you need it most? That’s not love at all.

In Surrounded or Supported?, we get to unlearn that fear together. To practice being heard without the shame. To choose relationships that actually feed us instead of draining us dry.
