🥍 Fall is the perfect time to pick up a stick and play!

HFG Girls Lacrosse Fall Skills & Drills is designed for everyone—from first-time beginners learning the game to current players looking to sharpen their skills and keep improving this fall.

Open to girls in grades K–8 of all skill levels! Sessions will be led by HFG coaches and local high school players.

We are excited to introduce 2036, 2032 and 2031 HFG Select Girls Lacrosse, a new competitive girls lacrosse program created in partnership with Bel Air Rec Girls Lacrosse!

This partnership brings together two strong lacrosse communities with a shared commitment to player development, teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game. HFG Select will provide dedicated athletes with opportunities for advanced training, competitive tournament play, and continued growth in a positive, supportive environment.

We look forward to building something special together and creating even more opportunities for girls lacrosse players in our community. This opportunity will also create a pathway for future growth into North Bay Lacrosse Club.

Fall Skills & Drills are just over a month away! Spots are limited so sign up before age groups fill up!

These sessions are for players in K-9th grades and are designed for all skill levels. This is the perfect opportunity to try lacrosse for the 1st time, or to keep your skills sharp in the off season! Keeping sticks in hands is the goal!! All particpants will receive a HFG Skills & Drills t-shirt (See attached photo).
