With the housing crisis due to affordable housing-
Justice should never depend on your address.
During my campaign for State Assembly, I spoke often about transparency, accountability, and the responsibility of government to serve every person — not just the powerful, the connected, or the politically convenient.
That commitment did not end when the election ended.
On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, I will be in Oakland standing with others who believe that justice requires facts, accountability, and a system willing to correct itself when serious questions are raised.
Michael Perillo is scheduled for court that morning at 9:15 a.m. in Department 11, Court Case No. 24-CR009791.
A press conference will follow at 1:00 p.m. at 6th Street & Webster Street in Oakland.
This is not about politics. This is about transparency, due process, accountability, and justice — for the victim, for the community, and for every person whose rights still matter.
