In SoCal to move Maddie home and she got baptized tonight by Tiffany, College Pastor at Mariners, Maddie’s very favorite Church. So very very proud of the incredible young woman Maddie has become. She has over come many obstacles in the last few years and her faith continues to grow. I’m so blessed that I have been able to witness her journey and for her to share moments with me, like tonight❤️

Last Saturday I taught at Calico Mermaid in Porterville. We did the “H” Bag from Orange Dot Quilts. They decided to add some interfacing and they all jumped in and we worked together to figure it out, and they had a completed bag at the end of the day. Super fun day and many many thanks to Georgia Calico Mermaid and Noeleen Paskwietz for having me. I can’t wait for Jolly Jingle next month❣️

I had the pleasure of doing a lecture and workshop for the Porterville Quilt Guild. The ladies were wonderful at the meeting and our class was just perfect. As you can see everyone did a fabulous job. They were learning the starch method with possibly a machine or hand work finish. Thank you, thank you thank you to all the Porterville gals. It was a wonderful two days. And to Noeleen, thank you for opening your home to me and feeding me. I love spending time with you❣️
