We’re currently recruiting for a 12-month J-1 Culinary Training opportunity in San Antonio — with $18/hour + 2 weeks of accommodation provided upon arrival.

👨‍🍳 What you’ll gain:

We have a unique 18-month J-1 opportunity in Southern California for someone interested in residential life, student support, business administration, and day-to-day operations.

This is a different kind of international experience.

You’ll be part of a unique environment where education, athletics, residential life, and hospitality come together — helping support students, assisting with housing and daily operations, coordinating activities and events, and learning what it takes to keep a busy residential program running smoothly.

Oscar recently completed his J-1 program, and after hearing about his experience, we were excited to see some of the memories he made along the way.

From his professional experience and time at his host company to exploring San Diego, enjoying the beaches, visiting local attractions, attending festivals, and experiencing everyday life in the USA 🇺🇸 — Oscar truly made the most of his year.

These are the moments that make a J-1 program so much more than just a work experience. It’s an opportunity to grow professionally, experience a new culture, meet new people, explore new places, and create memories that you’ll carry with you long after you return home.
