Our candle company initiative is certainly a student run business that promotes and encourages vocational skills and experience-but y’all. IT IS SO MUCH MORE…our employees learn working as a team, practice social and communication skills, executive functioning, self management and so many other leadership and initiative skills all while building confidence, sharing and collaborating- and just having a whole lot of fun!
