I might do something like this to highlight the coaching part:

This is a snapshot of our life for the past few weeks.

- Basketball practices ⛹️‍♂️
- Basketball games 🏀
- Taking down Christmas/winter decorations 🤦🏻‍♂️
- Early morning travel to games
- Working two jobs
- Anna teaching & taking Master's Degree classes

Needless to say, it's been busy!

Then, if that wasn’t enough, I had to get a dental crown and we had a HUGE SURPRISE power bill. 😬

Thankfully, because of our coaching business, we didn't have to worry about those. Much different than past years. 🙌🏻

Yes, it's a busy, messy, season but we are happy and thriving! 💪🏻

I think I realized on Wednesday that when I get home I turn into Mr. Rogers. Zip-up jacket, change shoes, and usually singing. 😂

When I started this program I was SCARED 💀! I didn't start this health journey knowing that I'd lose almost 50 lbs in 6 months. What I saw in the program was HOPE not a diet!

I love helping people do what I've done or what I want to do. That includes: getting healthy 💪🏻, changing mindsets 🧠, and earning extra income 💰!

Since being on this health program I've dropped 10 points on the BMI calculator! That's huge! I've still got more to go! But weight isn't the only measurement I go by.

- Clothes fitting better
- Far less acid reflux
- More energy
- Better sleep
- Less cravings
- No more afternoon slump
- Less brain fog

Dropping pounds is great but I'll take these non-scale victories ALL DAY!
