We still have spots left for this FREE class! WVU Extension - Family Nutrition Program is partnering with Gassaway Public Library to offer a FREE six week Eating Smart, Being Active class this spring. Ready to learn tips to save money at the grocery store and cook fresh meals your family will enjoy? Health Educator Selah Raines will teach ESBA on Monday afternoons at Gassaway Public Library from 4:00-5:00 pm starting April 17th. All are welcome, and people on limited incomes and/or who are responsible for the care and feeding of children are encouraged to attend. If you have been working to stretch your food dollars, this class is for you. Space is limited- you may register by going to the link in the comments, calling the local WVU Extension office at 304-765-2809 and leaving your information, or by visiting or calling the Gassaway Public Library and using the sign-up sheet there.
