Our friends the “Roxbury Arts Alliance” offer and host wonderful events!

Check this one out! On October 17th.

Don’t miss it!

What do Kevin Smith, Dave Grohl, the Jersey Devil and a haunted horse farm have in common?

Two extraordinarily creative storyteller: Alex Dawson and Arlan Feiles!

Dawson, a Rutgers professor and acclaimed writer, created The Devil & Daisy Dirt, a wildly imaginative production that earned the attention and support of filmmaker Kevin Smith and was featured on our stage last year.

Feiles, an award-winning singer-songwriter, has a musical résumé that includes recording with members of The Band, working with Dave Grohl and performing alongside legendary musicians.

Now these two are bringing something entirely different to Roxbury.

🍂 ROOM TO SWING AN AX

This one is for those who like things a little different! An unforgettable evening of original music, extraordinary storytelling and Southern Gothic folklore inspired by Dawson's own remarkable childhood.

A Journey through 250 years of American Sound! 🇺🇸
Abraham Alinea performed beautifully the perfect program for our first concert of the season.
It was an honor to have hosted his concert at Hunter Hall.
After a standing ovation, Abraham Alinea gifted us a beautiful encore “Somewhere” by Bernstein. The perfect piece to end an all American music program!

“Evening Serenade” on May 16th.

A beautiful and breathtaking performance by the amazing Alexander Markov and Florencia Guzmán.

They delighted us with a variety of violin-piano duets as well as solo violin and solo piano music by Gluck-Kreisler, Bach, Manuel M. Ponce, Wieniawski, Paganini, Sarasate and Massenet.

We also had the privilege to witness a surprise guest, the legendary violinist and composer Albert Markov performing his own composition “Russian Romance” for violin and viola with his son Alexander Markov.

Hunter Hall looked beautiful, with the glow of candlelight creating a calm and reflective atmosphere.

After the performance everyone enjoyed the relaxed reception.

Thank you Jeremy Nacht for creating our beautiful Poster for the Concert!

Thank you Mike for beautifying Hunter Hall’s landscape!

Thank you Stone Soup Symphony for supporting our Concert Series!!
