📣Volunteer Call: Help Flagstaff Shelter Services Organize Inventory
Flagstaff Shelter Services is looking for 3–4 volunteers with current fingerprint clearance cards to help organize and catalogue inventory at The Crown on July 20, 21, and 22.
FSS has many supplies to serve the community, but those items can be difficult to track across locations. Volunteers will help catalogue items into a spreadsheet so FSS can build a clearer inventory system and better understand what they have, where items are located, and what may be needed.
Ideally, the same 3–4 volunteers would be available for all three days.
Volunteers should:
✅ Have a current fingerprint clearance card
✅ Be comfortable using computers and spreadsheets
✅ Be willing to help sort, catalogue, and track inventory items
✅ Want to support services for the unhoused community
