As many of you know, I’m not a huge fan of protein powder - to clarify - the store bought, processed, filled w lead, kind. BUT my friend recently turned me onto this very simple homemade protein powder from . It’s so simple and clean. Essentially 1/2 cup of ground: flax, chia, h**p, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds. One TBSP packs 6 grams of protein and 3-4 grams of fiber. Little secret, it’s your magic bullet!!! (PS you can grind your own seeds - but just for a few seconds before it gets clumpy!!)

It has flipped the pyramid and focuses on eating protein and healthy fats, fruits, and vegetables (aka fiber), and avoiding ultra processed foods, significantly reducing added sugars and alcohol. This is huge folks! Finally!
