Let's talk successes: (1) We've gone from serving about 120 meals per month, to serving over 1600 since COVID-19 hit. (2) Our Outreach Specialist has gotten more than 25 people into treatment.

Introducing our May 2020 newsletter!

As we wrap up the month of April, take a look at our first ever monthly newsletter displaying many great things we have been able to accomplish. We are bringing Christ to the crisis!

We are so deeply grateful to all of our faithful volunteers that continue to show up to the Fitchburg YMCA, and contribute from home during this crisis and time of need. On this blessed Easter Sunday, (thanks to all of our community angels😇,) we were able to distribute over 60 hot breakfast meals to our guests, with bagged lunches, chocolate Easter bunnies, baked goods, hand sanitizing soap, face masks, gloves, socks, and a specially prepared blessing notes by our Art Steward friend, Thomas Moser. Thank you so much to everyone for the time that they put in and the donations that they made. We may not have been able to attend church today, but the spirit of what church and Easter is all about, was certainly felt. We are all truly blessed to have each other in times like this. 💛

We’ll see you at The Fitchburg Montachusett YMCA again this Wed. at 4:30pm & Sunday at 8:00am for free Hot cooked meals to go.
