đĄ Fast weight loss is not sustainable weight loss!
đĄ Weight training would have helped keep and build more muscle!
đĄ Protein is key to keeping muscle while losing fat.
đĄ Inches lost > than weight lost!
đĄ Just because it worked for a friend doesnât mean it will work for me!
đĄ Learn the value of fiber!
đĄ Just eat the damn cookie so I donât eat the package of cookies!
đĄ I didnât have to burn off or earn the âextra caloriesâ I had!
đĄ 80/20 rule is AMAZING!
đĄ Iâm only in competition with myself!
There are several more, but Iâll save them for later!

11 years sober today! đ
I truly love the life sobriety has given me. Going back is not an option or desire. I donât miss the person I once was anymore. I truly love who I am at this moment.
I love this peaceful, quiet era Iâm in. It has given me some time to think about where Iâm going next. Iâve decided to never stop learning. Never stop growing.
Sobriety gave me clarity. Peace gave me purpose. Growth keeps me moving forward.
Grateful for every lesson, every hard season, and every person who helped me get here. Grateful for the accomplishments I never even dreamed were possible. Hereâs to 11 years soberâand to continuing to choose this life, one day at a time. đ¤

What ifâŚ
đŤ We stopped overthinking
đŤ We started seeing ourselves how others see us
đŤ We werenât so damn afraid to fail
đŤ We stepped out of our comfort zones more
đŤ We said the things we needed to say
đŤ We allowed others to truly loves us
Just some thoughts for the day!

A quick roadtrip to Nashville for the first concert of the year - !
introduced them to me about 9 months ago. I really enjoy their vibe, and who doesnât love a good love song or 20?! đ
Our roadtrip was packed with snacks, music, great chats, big laughs, and of course a stop at ! That brisket sandwich is đĽđĽ and those candied pecans and cashews are a must!
After watching the season finale of The Pitt (at the cutest AirBNB), we hit up Broadway!
The trip was short, but a great time! I highly recommend giving LANY a listen and going on a quick little getaway with your bestie! They both do the soul some good! đ

Reminder! Your health isnât built in one big momentâitâs shaped by the small things you do every single day. Here are 5 essentials that truly move the needle:
1. Quality Sleep đ´â¨Sleep isnât lazyâitâs repair mode. Your hormones, recovery, metabolism, and mood all depend on it. Aim for 7â9 hours and protect it like your goals depend on it⌠because they do.
2. Strength + Movement đŞâ¨You donât need to do everything, but you do need to do something. Lift, walk, stretchâconsistency beats intensity every time.
3. Balanced Nutrition đĽâ¨Focus on whole foods, protein, fiber, and hydration. You donât need perfectionâjust better choices, more often.
4. Stress Management đ§ â¨Chronic stress will undo even the best workout and diet. Get outside, breathe, pray, journalâfind what calms your mind.
5. Daily Routine đâ¨Your habits create your results. A simple, consistent routine keeps you grounded and moving forwardâeven on hard days.
You donât need to overhaul your life
overnight. Start small. Stay consistent. Thatâs where real change happens.

You donât need to overhaul your entire life to get results. You just need to start.
So many people get stuck waiting for the âperfectâ plan â the perfect diet, the perfect schedule, the perfect motivation. But the truth? Progress doesnât come from perfection. It comes from consistency.
Starting small is powerful.
âď¸ Itâs choosing a walk instead of doing nothing.â¨âď¸ Itâs adding a serving of protein instead of restricting everything.â¨âď¸ Itâs drinking more water, getting to bed a little earlier, moving your body for 20 minutes instead of skipping it altogether.
Small steps build momentum. Momentum builds habits. And habits create lasting change.
When you start small, you remove the overwhelm. You build confidence. You prove to yourself that you can show up â and thatâs where everything shifts.
Â
Stop waiting. Start where you are. Do what you can. Because small done daily will always beat perfect done rarely.

Yesterday I did a post on a routine. Today I want to talk about how our routine impacts our health!
A solid routine isnât about restrictionâitâs about freedom.
When you follow a daily routine, youâre not just organizing your time⌠youâre supporting your health in ways you donât always see right away. Consistent wake times, regular meals, movement, hydration, and sleep all work together to regulate your hormones, boost your energy, improve digestion, and strengthen your mindset.
Your body thrives on rhythm. It craves predictability. And when you give it that structure, everything starts to feel a little easierâyour workouts, your focus, even your mood.
Itâs not about being perfect. Itâs about showing up for yourself consistently. Start small. Stay consistent. Watch your health transform.
03/29/2026
The small things you do daily shape your energy, your mindset, and your results. When you establish a routine, you remove the guesswork. You show up with intention instead of relying on motivation (which comes and goes).
A solid routine creates:â¨â¨ Structure when life feels chaoticâ¨â¨ Consistency that drives real progressâ¨â¨ Mental clarity and reduced stressâ¨â¨ Confidence from keeping promises to yourself
Itâs not about perfection â itâs about rhythm.â¨Itâs about building habits that support the life youâre working toward.
Start simple. Wake up at the same time. Move your body. Fuel yourself well. Create moments for rest and reset. Stack those small wins daily.
Because success isnât built in one big moment⌠itâs built in your routine.
03/27/2026
Rest isnât lazy. Itâs where the results actually happen.
You donât get stronger during the workoutâyou get stronger when your body RECOVERS from it. If youâre constantly tired, sore, moody, or stuck⌠itâs not a sign to push harder. Itâs a sign to recover better.
Sleep. Hydrate. Take rest days. Slow down when your body asks for it.
Because burnout doesnât build strengthâbalance does.
Your body can only perform at the level itâs allowed to recover.
So if you want more energy, better results, and a body that actually feels goodâŚstart respecting rest just as much as you respect the grind.

Fresh air, natural light, and a change of scenery do more than just feel goodâthey reset your mind, boost your mood, and reconnect you with yourself. In a world where weâre constantly plugged in, getting outside is one of the simplest ways to slow down and recharge.
Even just 10â15 minutes can:
âď¸ Improve your mood
đż Reduce stress
đśââď¸ Increase energy
đ§ Clear your mind
It doesnât have to be complicatedâtake a walk, sip your coffee on the porch, or just sit in the sunshine. Your body and mind will thank you.
Step outside. Breathe deeper. Feel better.
