Progress is happening even if you don't see it...
Often times when committing to a fitness goal it can be tough to see the impact changes from updated programming and nutrition.
As a wellness coach, I find it most impactful to not only measure body fat percentage and muscle mass, but to also rely on physical appearance when measuring the success of my clients.
These are the methods I widely use to design effective programs and drive my clients towards attaining their fitness goals.
The most important thing to remember when navigating a physical transformation is....
..this is a journey, and every step forward counts!

Having a rough day can be difficult and it's important to have a healthy way of dealing with stress and emotions......
One of the best ways to do this is by indulging in a bit of self-care.
Many people believe that having a drink or two can help to relax them and put them in a better mood.
Drinking alcohol, however, should be done responsibly. It's best to drink moderately and never overindulge.
Additionally, it's important to remember that drinking excessively can lead to negative consequences for your health and well-being.
Here are a list of other activities that can help you relax and unwind after a rough day:
1. Taking a hot bath or shower
2. Doing yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises
3. Spend some quality time with friends and family
4. Go to the gym
No matter what kind of day you're having, remember it's important to find ways to cope with stress and manage your emotions.
Doing something for yourself can be just the thing you need to have a better day!

Most of us lead busy lives that can make it difficult to squeeze in time for physical activity.
The benefits of regular exercise are immense; a daily routine that includes physical activity has been proven to...
1. Reduce Stress
2. Enhance Mood
3. Boost Energy Levels
4. Improve Sleep Quality
5. Help Reduce the Risk of Chronic Health Conditions (heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and stroke).
So why wait??
To effectively incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, it is important to find activities that you enjoy (walking/jogging in the park, swimming laps at the pool, or a yoga class).
Remember, it doesn't have to be an intense workout; just move your body for at least 30 minutes on most days of the week.
By making small changes, such as drinking more water, starting each morning with a healthy breakfast and eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, we can set the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
So start today — focus on progress not perfection!
