Background:​
I am a credentialed Recovery Support Specialist and Recovery Coach. I specialize in providing peer support for recovery from trauma, mental health, and substance use disorders. I was drawn to this work due to witnessing and surviving trauma throughout my childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood.

I've worked with various private and non-profit agencies throughout Connecticut to improve peer support services as a policy advisor and liaison to young adult treatment programs. I've been offering direct peer support to Connecticut residents for 5 years. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, my pets, and publishing my first book.
