Please help us welcome our next newest staff member, Mr. Bao Tran!

“My name is Bao and this will be my third year in education. I grew up in Rome, GA. I am fortunate to have a supportive family who has always encouraged me to always work hard. Their encouragement has shaped who I am today, and I'm excited to bring that same sense of support and encouragement to the students at Springtown High School.”

Springtown ISD Fine Arts invites you to come support our senior theatre students tomorrow night at Springtown High School!

Each year, Mr. Sexton gives his seniors the opportunity to direct their own productions. From costumes, lighting, sound, and stage setup to directing the actors themselves, these students take on every aspect of putting together a live performance.

We will have two “Senior Directs” performances on Tuesday, May 19 in the Springtown High School Auditorium:

Directed by Zoey Rose and Rylyn Lorasch
⏰ 5:00 PM

🎭 The Velveteen Rabbit
Directed by Joey Rios, Cadence Morris, and Sarah Grazer
⏰ 6:30 PM

Both performances are FREE to attend!

Come out and support our Fine Arts seniors and all of their hard work as they showcase their talents on and behind the stage!

SMS Choir and Theatre took us back to the 1900s! What a great final concert with our choir and theatre students!

On Saturday, May 2nd, 10 SMS students went to the Junior VASE art competition at Pike Middle School. Each student created their own original artwork and went before a juror to discuss their artistic ideas and expressions. We are very proud of all these students as they received medals for the highest awards in their division. In addition, Lola J. received a platinum medallion as an area winner.

Congratulations to all of our students for incredible dedication and talent!
