Warda Foundation Academy The Warda Foundation Academy is education reimagined. At WFA, we teach our students how to manage stress, handle adversity, and solve real-life problems.

More than a school, WFA cultivates a community where a child can thrive; a community grounded in creating happy, successful adults, with passion, kindness, resilience, leadership, and hard work. ul individuals who all have something unique to contribute to society. We understand that intelligence manifests itself in a variety of ways, that students learn at a pace that is unique to them, and that school should consist of more than just letters and numbers. Yes, students will learn to read and write and solve equations, but more importantly, they’ll learn to live with passion, kindness and resilience. Community, leadership, hard work: these are the values we instill at WFA. We believe education is about preparing children for the world ahead. If these values speak to you, we would love for your family to join us!

The right school should help students grow into leaders: not simply become better at following directions.

For families in Genesee, Livingston, and Shiawassee counties, Warda Foundation Academy is now looking ahead to the 2027–28 school year. Oak and Sequoia still have a few openings for students entering grades 6–9, but we encourage families to register early before those classrooms reach a waitlist.

Our approach is built around ownership, leadership, real-world learning, and the confidence to make thoughtful decisions: skills that matter in the classroom, in business, on the hockey rink, and in life.

If you’re exploring a better education option for your middle or early high school student, now is the time to start the conversation.

Children need more than stories about winning. They need stories that teach them how to lead, work together, show courage, and do the right thing when no one is watching.

That’s the heart of The Warda Way: Tales from the Schoolyard Pack: a five-book children’s series for ages 4–10.

Inspired by the everyday challenges children face, these stories help young readers discover that leadership isn’t about being the loudest or simply following the crowd. It’s about character, teamwork, courage, and making choices that strengthen the people around you.

Like a great hockey team, a strong school community is built on trust, effort, and everyone doing their part.

For families across Genesee, Livingston, Shiawassee, and beyond, The Warda Way is a simple way to start meaningful conversations at home about the values that shape confident, capable kids.

What if the lessons that shape a child’s future were found not only in the classroom: but in courage, character, teamwork, and the everyday challenges of the schoolyard?

We’re excited to launch the new promotional flier for The Warda Way: Tales from the Schoolyard Pack: a book series created to encourage young readers and spark meaningful conversations with families.

For families across Genesee, Livingston, and Shiawassee counties, The Warda Way offers another way to think about learning, growth, and preparing young people for life.

Take a look at the new flier, share it with a family who may enjoy the series, and follow along as each book makes its way into more homes and hands.

What if education built leaders, not just compliant students?

That belief is at the heart of The Warda Way, a new book series from Jason Warda, founder of Warda Foundation Academy. Drawing from his experience in hockey, business, and education, these stories encourage children to develop character, confidence, teamwork, and the courage to lead.

The series is now available on Amazon for families across Genesee, Livingston, and Shiawassee counties, and beyond.

Give your child stories that do more than entertain. Give them stories that start meaningful conversations about who they are becoming.

A child’s education should do more than teach them how to follow instructions.

In the Oak and Sequoia classrooms, students are encouraged to think, communicate, solve problems, and lead. That is the heart of The Warda Way.

On the hockey rink and in business, Jason Warda learned that strong teams are not built by making everyone identical. They are built by developing people who can think for themselves, support one another, and step up when it matters.

The Warda Way: Tales from the Schoolyard Pack brings those same lessons to life through engaging stories about teamwork, kindness, resilience, confidence, and problem-solving.

These books make meaningful gifts for children: and powerful conversation starters for families who believe education should build character along with academic skills.

If your family is in Genesee, Livingston, or Shiawassee County and you are looking for an education that develops leaders instead of compliance, explore the Oak and Sequoia classrooms. And bring The Warda Way home.

A different kind of school experience may be the right fit for your family.

Warda Foundation Academy still has a few openings in our Oak and Sequoia classrooms for families across Genesee, Livingston, and Shiawassee counties.

At Warda, we believe education should do more than prepare students to follow directions. It should help them grow in confidence, character, leadership, and purpose.

That belief is at the heart of The Warda Way book series: a collection created to share the principles and experiences behind how we help young people become leaders in the classroom, in their communities, and in life.

If you’re exploring better options for your child’s education, now is a great time to learn more about Warda Foundation Academy and The Warda Way.
