🚜 THREE D’S IS HIRING

We’re growing and looking to add a couple experienced people to our crew.

EXPERIENCED SKID STEER / EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
We’re looking for somebody who can actually finish grade — not just run a skid steer.

Must be experienced with:
• Final grading around new construction
• Skid steer operation
• Land clearing & site work
• Excavators/loaders/tractors a plus
• Reading grade and working independently
• Taking care of equipment and getting the job DONE

CLASS A CDL DRIVER / EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Looking for an experienced Class A CDL driver who can also operate equipment.

Experience hauling heavy equipment, dump trailers and moving machinery is a big plus. We need somebody who is comfortable getting out of the truck and working on the jobsite when needed.

For both positions:
Dependable, experienced and willing to work. We’re a small local company and everybody pitches in.

💰 Competitive pay based on experience and ability.
📍 Based out of Fellsmere, FL

Send us a Facebook message with your experience and a good number to reach you.

We’re changing the name but the game is still self explanatory.

As we expand our services, and look forward too what we’re becoming. We introduce Three D’s Contracting. We were one of Indian rivers only excavation contractors and now we’re one of the only demolition contractors in IRC. 💪🏻

Some people play golf.

We play with excavators, big pipe, dirt, and fire. 🔥

Not a bad way to make a living.

But when you need more than somebody with a machine, give us a call. From drainage and culvert installation to land clearing, grading, site work, demolition, and excavation, Three D’s has the equipment and experience to handle the job from the dirt up.

We dig it. We move it. Occasionally, we light it on fire.

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again… TWO hoes are better than one! 💪🚜

This week our crew had the privilege of completing another drainage improvement project for the Fellsmere Water Control District, helping improve water flow for the residents of Fellsmere.

With two excavators on site, we removed the failing culvert, installed the new pipe, set it right to grade, and had the road reopened in just 2 hours. That’s the kind of planning, teamwork, and production we strive for on every project—getting the job done safely, efficiently, and with as little disruption to the community as possible.

At Three D’s, we’re proud to call Fellsmere home. Every project we complete here is more than just another job—it’s an investment in the community we live in and the people we serve.

And if you made it to the last picture… yes, that’s our youngest crew member catching a nap on the job. 😴😂 Around here, we’re a true family business. Sometimes the next generation is running equipment… and sometimes they’re just making sure morale stays high from the passenger seat.

Whether it’s drainage improvements, culvert installations, land clearing, grading, site work, demolition, or emergency repairs, we’ll bring the equipment, the experience, the production… and apparently a sleeping toddler. That’s how family businesses are built.

Thank you to the Fellsmere Water Control District for trusting Three D’s Tractor Service. We appreciate every opportunity to help improve the infrastructure that keeps our hometown moving.

Would ya check out that hat!? 🤠

That’s Emmie Jo out there doing what she loves and making us proud every time she enters the arena. The long days, hard work, and determination are paying off, and we couldn’t be happier to watch her chase her dreams one run at a time.

We’re especially proud to see her representing Three D’s Tractor Service this season. Supporting our daughter and youth rodeo is something that’s close to our hearts, and we’re excited to be part of her journey.

Good luck this season, Emmie Jo! We’ll always be your biggest fans.

To God be the glory for the growth He’s brought to Three D’s Tractor Service! We started with a simple mission — do good work, take care of people, and trust God with the rest. He has shown up every single time.
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” — Matthew 7:24-25
That’s exactly what we strive for in every job — laying a solid foundation so what’s built on top, whether it’s a driveway, a home, or a family’s future, can stand strong no matter what comes. When the ground is right, everything built on it can stand firm and prosper.
“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you.” — Isaiah 41:10
We’re grateful for every customer, every referral, and every chance to grow this business God’s way. Here’s to laying strong foundations — in the ground and in life.

Another driveway prepped and ready for pavers! We teamed up with Lawn Rangers to handle the fine grading on this one, saving them time, labor, and headaches compared to doing it by hand. When the subgrade is right, everything that goes on top — pavers, turf, you name it — goes in faster and lasts longer. Great working with you, Lawn Rangers, and we look forward to the next one!
