So I have set a Challenge this Month for my Wonderful Clients it’s Called Love/Hate Push-up challenge 25 Push-ups for 25 Days starting Today through February 25! I Also Will Be Doinng this Challenge with my Clients! At the End of the 25 days whichever client does all 25 push-ups all 25 Days will get a Special Prize at the End! They way I know they are doing there 25 push-ups All 25 Days they have to Send me a Video of them doing all 25 push-ups! So here is a few clients who have sent me there videos along with my own video! One client did her push-ups at the end of her workout tonight so she wouldn’t forget! So I don’t have her video but I am proud of my clients that have sent me there videos so far! So check out these Awesome videos! 💪🏼😁

Man, I Did a B***y Workout and Cardio without my Ankle Brace On and my Foot Feels Great Gonna Hit Legs an Extra day this week and try and keep my brace off all week and hopefully my Foot Will Hold Up and Not have any Pain and I Will no Longer Need To wear my Ankle Brace! Fingers Crossed 🤞🏽😁💪🏽🍑🏋🏻♀️
