• Full training and Stall Board
• Hands-on experience in an equestrian environment • Horse available for full-time working student without horse

Congrats to Galazio(owner Beth Circle) and Aaron Wilson for winning first place in all his classes at the ODS Spring Show! Galazio (Pogo) qualified for Regional Championships at 2nd level and scored 66.3% in his first 3rd level class!

Meet Aaron Wilson, owner and head trainer of Promise Equestrian Center. He began his career as Arlene Rigdon’s young horse trainer and, during his time in Southern California, had the opportunity to study with dressage icons Harry Boldt, Jan Ebeling, and Kathleen Raine.

For the past six years, Aaron has made Northwest Arkansas home, helping horses and riders achieve awards and competitive success. He founded Promise Equestrian Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he continues to build a program rooted in horsemanship, precision, and individualized training, with two training openings currently available.

Nationwide Equestrian Seeks Working Student

The ideal candidate would work in exchange for training on their own horse, details are flexible. Duties include cleaning stalls, feeding, grooming, tacking/untacking, cleaning tack, horse laundry, and help keeping things organized. Some riding of training horses for the right person. Schedules & days worked are flexible. Must have reliable transportation.

We are a private operation with 6 horses based at the beautiful Fletcher Farms. We have a variety of horses from just started young ones to FEI, mares, stallions, and geldings.
