Hopping on this 2016 trend because micro joys matter.
The end of 2025 found me not at my best. Luckily, I have already felt a huge personal shift in 2016 despite weird AF health stuff. Going through these pics reminded me that there may never be perfect or easy, but you always get to choose how you show up.
1. Went to Budapest for contract work
2. Living in Knoxville and being silly
3. Could still drink wine and it didnāt give me hearburn or affect my sleep
4. I mean⦠already exerting his independence & dressing himself
5. Teaching at TurboSpin & not letting go of writing down every aspect of my playlist & choreo (so glad I donāt do that anymore)
6. Moving to CA for a few months before Jer started his new job
7. First beach trip
8/9/10. Soaking up time with family
11. Moved to Arkansas & renovating our outdated house
12. Passed my personal training exam
13. Met my neice
14. The only time came to visit
15. We had no furniture & the house was a disaster, but we made the most of it and still laugh about it to this day.

Food is political. Fitness is political. Wellness is political.
So yeah, politics is in everything I do.
And if my goal is to create safe spaces for people to work on their health and wellbeing, then Iām going to keep letting you know where I stand.
Now- my RosĆØ is getting warm. Time to crush some š§ š
