I was watching First Take the other day, and they were debating Bronny James… talking about how it’s unfair, how did he get on the team, why does he have this opportunity?

And now look… he’s in the finals.

People are shaking their heads, saying, “This is crazy. How does he have this kind of power?”

Y’all think I’m talking about Bronny…

I’m talking about a different King.

I’m not talking about LeBron James… I’m talking about the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

And yes, Bronny is good. He’s getting better.

But do you know why?

Because he’s playing on the confidence of his father.

And some of y’all still stuck on basketball…

I’m talking about a God who calls you what you are not as though you already are.

He’s giving you minutes.
He’s giving you reps.
He’s boosting you.
He’s elevating you.

The reason you’ve been through what you’ve been through… is because you are a man of God.

But most of you don’t see yourself that way.

You don’t realize you matter.
You don’t realize you carry weight.
You don’t realize you’ve been chosen.

So look over your life right now…

And if you can see His hand on you, even when you didn’t deserve it—

Give God praise.

Because you’ve been living on His favor the whole time.

The Men’s Winning Circle Conference was more than an event.

It was a room full of men choosing healing, brotherhood, accountability, faith, and growth.

Men came in carrying pressure, questions, pain, ambition, responsibility, and things they had never said out loud.

And they left reminded that they do not have to carry life alone.

We watched conversations happen that needed to happen.

We watched walls come down.

We watched men pray together, challenge one another, reconnect with God, and make decisions about the kind of husbands, fathers, leaders, and men they want to become.

That is the impact of the Men’s Winning Circle.

Not just inspiration for a weekend.

Transformation that follows you home.

And we’re doing it again.

The next Men’s Winning Circle Conference dates will be announced in October.

Stay connected. This is only getting started.🗣️🔥

Spiritual leadership is not preaching sermons at your family.

It is letting them see you follow Jesus.

Pray with them.

Open Scripture with them.

Apologize when you are wrong.

Invite spiritual conversations.

Worship together.

Ask what they need prayer for.

Let your children hear you talk about what God is teaching you.

You do not have to know everything.

You do have to go first.

The goal is not to become the pastor of your house.

The goal is to create a home where following Jesus is normal, honest, and lived.

Genesis calls Joseph a successful man while he is still a servant in Potiphar’s house.

Why?

“The LORD was with Joseph.”

Before the palace.

Before the influence.

Before the promotion.

Before the money.

Presence came before position.

We have reduced success to outcomes God never used as the primary definition.

You can have the title and lose His presence.

You can have less status and still be exactly where God is forming you.

The greatest evidence of success is not that everything is going your way.

It is that God is with you — and you are walking with Him.

Type GAP and I’ll send you access to the free live Success Gap Training with Dr. MyRon, where we redefine success around the areas God says matter most.

One of the easiest mistakes for a successful father is to confuse fathering with reproducing himself.

You know what worked for you.

You know what made you strong.

You know the path you wish you had taken sooner.

So without realizing it, you start trying to build a smaller version of yourself.

But your son is not your legacy project.

He is a person to know.

Relationship asks different questions:

Who is he?

What does God seem to be forming in him?

What makes him come alive?

What is he afraid to tell me?

Does he feel loved when he is different from me?

Your greatest legacy may not be a son who follows your footsteps.

It may be a son who trusts you enough to find his own.

Type HELP and I’ll send you the link to book a free 1-on-1 call with me. Let’s talk about how to lead your son without trying to turn him into a version of you.

A lot of men were taught that if the children respect you, you’re doing your job.

But respect without relationship can become distance.

Your children can obey your rules and still not trust you with their heart.

They can fear disappointing you and stop telling you the truth.

They can honor your authority and secretly count the days until they leave.

Healthy fatherhood does not eliminate standards.

It builds enough relationship for standards to be received inside connection.

Don’t only ask:

“Do they listen to me?”

Ask:

“Do they talk to me?”

Type HELP and I’ll send you the link to book a free 1-on-1 call with me. Let’s talk about how to build both respect and real relationship with your children.

Some men love the phrase:

“Wives, submit to your husbands.”

But skip the weight Scripture places on the husband.

Ephesians 5 does not give a husband permission to dominate, intimidate, control, or demand unquestioned obedience.

The husband’s model is Christ.

That means:

Sacrificial love.

Self-giving leadership.

Nourishing.

Cherishing.

Putting her good ahead of your ego.

Being willing to die to self.

Biblical headship is not:

“I get my way.”

It is:

“I go first in sacrifice.”

If the only part of submission theology that excites a man is his authority, he may have missed Jesus entirely.

Type HELP and I’ll send you the link to book a free 1-on-1 call with me. Let’s talk about what Christlike leadership actually looks like in your marriage.

A man can be paid extremely well and still be failing.

Not at work.

At life.

He can be financially successful and spiritually empty.

Highly respected and emotionally unavailable.

A great boss and a disconnected husband.

A provider his children barely know.

Money is a terrible scorecard for manhood because it only measures what the market values.

God, your wife, your children, your body, and your soul are keeping a different score.

Make money.

Build something meaningful.

But never let compensation convince you that every other area of your life is okay.

Type COACH and I’ll send you the link to book a free 1-on-1 call with me. We’ll look beyond income and evaluate the areas of your life that money can’t measure.

There are ways to lose your family that everybody condemns.

And then there is success.

You can miss dinners, emotionally disappear, stay on your phone, never know what is happening in your child’s life, stop pursuing your wife, and call it “providing.”

Because the money is good and the title sounds impressive, nobody calls an intervention.

That is what makes it dangerous.

Neglect does not become noble because it pays well.

Your family does not only need the life your success can buy.

They need the man your success keeps taking away.

Type COACH and I’ll send you the link to book a free 1-on-1 call with me. If success has been covering distance at home, we need to address it before the cost gets higher.
