September 12 marks 10 years that our wonderful Ms. Kisha has been with us at CLC! Not only is she our nutritionist, the creator of the wonderful meals we serve our students, but she’s also one of the best teachers in the world! We are so thankful for her and all that she’s done for CLC and the children who have been lucky enough to be loved by her!

Last week our Pre-K students learned all about animals and their habitats! They studied land animals and even sorted them into farm versus forest, and also studied sea animals as well! At the end of the week, our classroom turned into a veterinary office, where students dressed the part and treated animals (stuffies) for all kinds of wounds and illnesses! After being seen by the best doctors in town, all of our stuffies received a clean bill of health and are on the mend!
