Longwood University’s CACREP accredited Counselor Education program offers multicultural and social justice perspectives and is enhanced by our students, who represent a wide range of ages and life experiences. Through face-to-face instruction in small class settings, you’ll learn from dedicated faculty who have real-world clinical experiences and are active in professional counseling associations

Our very own Dr. Jen Gerlach attended the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling (AARC) conference last weekend in Nashville, TN! She led a roundtable session on the Development of the Su***de Risk Assessment Competency Scale for School Counselors & also presented on Exploratory Factor Analysis with some of her former students & colleagues. Way to change lives, Dr. Gerlach!
