I met Rachelle many years ago in Vienna, Austria, where she was leading singing workshops. It was a wonderful experienceโ€”her warm-hearted, lively, and light way of guiding people made it truly special.

A friend of Rachelleโ€™s in Montreal called her in deep distress. Her motherโ€™s condition was weighing heavily on her, and she felt overwhelmed, discouraged, and lost.

Rachelle did not go there to fix a habit. She simply went to comfort her friend.
She guided her through the meditation to awaken the Kundalini.
No long explanation.
No suggestion of what she might feel.
She did not mention that Kundalini can be felt as a cool breeze above the head.

And yet, right after the meditation, her friend said ๐ฌ๐ก๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ฅ๐ญ ๐š ๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐›๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐ก๐ž๐š๐.

Rachelle's friend was not repeating a teaching.
She was not trying to please anyone.
She was describing something she had truly felt inside herself.

And once that connection is touched, something begins to change.

Rachelle opened her email and was stunned.

Her friend wrote that when her husband opened a bottle of wine at dinner, something was completely different. She had been used to drinking a lot, and alcohol had become a real problem in her life.

But this timeโ€ฆ
the usual urge was simply not there.
No inner fight.
No resistance.
Justโ€ฆ no desire.

๐ŸŒŠ ๐“๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฐ๐š๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž ๐ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐œ๐ญ

The real event had happened earlier.
Something inside her had awakened.

Something ๐›๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ง๐ 
Something that quietly ๐›๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐›๐š๐œ๐ค ๐ญ๐จ ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ.
๐’๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐ž๐ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ง ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ.

๐Ÿชž ๐€๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ

Because it raises a deeper question:

What if the problem is not that we donโ€™t try hard enoughโ€ฆ
but that we are disconnected from something within us that naturally brings us into balance?

Rachelleโ€™s friend wasnโ€™t told what to expect. There was no suggestion, no preparation.
And ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐๐ข๐๐งโ€™๐ญ ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ ๐ข๐ง ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ - ๐ข๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ ๐ฎ๐ฉ ๐ข๐ง ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž.
Nothing was forced. Nothing was controlled. There was no discipline. No strategy. No struggle.

And yet, a pattern that had been there for years lost its grip overnight.

The change came from within.

Not one person. Many.
People who donโ€™t need to fight their habitsโ€ฆ because those habits begin to fall away naturally.
