FEAST OF TRUMPETS - known as Rosh Hashanah in Jewish tradition, is rich in biblical meaning and foreshadows eschatological events tied to Christ’s second coming.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY - DO YOU KNOW YOU ARE LOVED?
DO YOU KNOW THE VALUE GOD PLACES ON YOUR LIFE?

There are many Scriptures that highlight God's great love for you through Jesus Christ. Here are several key passages that emphasize God’s love for you!

1. **John 3:16**
*“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”*

This is one of the most well-known verses, showing God’s sacrificial love in sending Jesus to offer eternal life.

2. **Romans 5:8**
*“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”*

This verse highlights God's unconditional love, shown even when humanity was separated from Him due to sin.

3. **Ephesians 2:4-5**
*“But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.”*

This passage emphasizes how God's love, combined with His mercy, brings spiritual renewal and salvation.

4. **Romans 8:37-39**
*“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”*

These verses assure us of the inseparable love of God in Christ, no matter what circumstances we face.

5. **1 John 4:9-10**
*“This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.”*

Here, God’s love is defined by His action in sending Jesus to reconcile us to Himself.

6. **Titus 3:4-5**
*“But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.”*

Paul prays for believers to fully understand and experience the immense love of Christ, which surpasses human understanding.

And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death—even death on a cross!”*

These verses show the humility and sacrificial nature of Christ’s love, as He humbled Himself to save humanity.

God’s love is demonstrated in Christ’s work of redemption, rescuing us from sin and transferring us into His kingdom.

*“Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst.”*

Paul reflects on Christ’s mission of love—coming to save even the most lost and sinful, showing the extent of God’s mercy and love.
