Culturally Growing Child Enrichment Center LLC There is no limit to what you can do!

To all of our families, supporters, and community members:

I want to address the recent temporary closure of the childcare center. This was not a decision I wanted to make, and it was made solely out of concern for the safety, care, and proper staffing of the children in our center.

After the resignation of our director and others that later came to light, there were concerns about multiple staff members leaving at once. Rather than risk being out of ratio or unable to provide the level of care and supervision that every child deserves, I made the difficult decision to temporarily close operations until everything could be properly handled.

Over the past few months, I have become aware of situations involving unprofessional behavior, false statements, private group conversations, and other concerns that have deeply affected both me personally and the business professionally. I also discovered information involving misuse of company resources for personal use, including the false addition of hours to her husband’s checks, and conduct that is currently being reviewed legally.

I know this situation has affected many families, and for that I sincerely apologize. Please know that this was never done out of anger or to hurt anyone. My goal has always been to protect the children, the integrity of the center, and the future of the business.

At this time, my attorney is handling the matter, and I will continue addressing everything in the proper legal and professional manner. I appreciate those who have continued to support, pray for, and stand by us during this difficult time.
