On the corner of Broadway & Main, we are located in the oldest brick building in Fargo. Built in 1879 and originally a bank, this unique building is rich in history and charm. Follow us, take a class, book a private event or stop in to one of our community events.

Before we were a place to take a class, we were just a few people who believed the kitchen table still matters. 🕯️

This building has stood in downtown Fargo since before North Dakota became a state in 1889. We didn't want to just occupy an old space, we wanted to carry that same sense of community into it. A mother and daughter, a shared vision, and a building that's been waiting over a century to bring people together again.

That's still what every class here is really about.

New month, same faces you'll want to know. 👩🏽‍🍳

Meet Chef Carol — known around here for her pasta classes, which almost always sell out. This week she's teaching our Seasonal Cooking: Garden Shrimp Scampi class — fresh bruschetta, hand-rolled angel hair pasta, sautéed zucchini and cherry tomatoes, plus a rhubarb galette demo to close things out.

This week's campers walked in asking "can I hold the knife?" and walked out plating dishes they were genuinely proud of. 🍝👩‍🍳

Kids Camp brought a full week of hands-on cooking for our youngest chefs — swipe through for a few of our favorite moments from the kitchen.

Watching a kid go from unsure to confident over five days? Honestly one of our favorite parts of what we do.

Up next: our European Vacation Kids Camp, August 17! Campers will chop, stir, sauté, bake, torch, and taste their way across Europe — building real kitchen skills and confidence while exploring global flavors along the way. 🌍🥐
