This 45-minute “Flow and Go” Power Yoga class supports Whole Body Wellness by combining active movement, mindful breathwork, and targeted core exercises. The dynamic flow helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while the inclusion of core work each week enhances stability and posture. Each class incorporates a bhav, feeling, or intention to inspire mindfulness, guiding participants to go apply the lessons learned on the mat to daily life. This holistic approach fosters not only physical health but also emotional and mental well-being, empowering participants to become better yogis both on and off the mat.
