There’s blood.

Not a little.
Not controlled.

It’s not slowing down.

Now what?

Do you know where to place a tourniquet?
Do you know how tight is tight enough?
Do you act… or hesitate?

In a real emergency, seconds matter.
The difference isn’t strength or luck.

It’s training.

This is exactly what we teach.

Hands-on.
Real scenarios.
No guessing.

You’ll learn:
• How to stop life-threatening bleeding
• When and how to use a tourniquet
• How to take control when it counts

📍 Location: Live Fit Fairmont, MN
