At Anesthesia Escapes, we proudly support the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology and various state PACs that advocate for CRNA practice, patient access, and the future of our profession. Our goal is simple: help this number continue to grow.

We’re especially proud of our home state of Alabama, where recent legislative language changed from “collaboration” to “coordination,” allowing CRNAs to practice in coordination with physicians — including podiatrists and dentists. Since that change, Alabama has seen continued growth in both supervision models and CRNA-only groups, creating more flexibility and opportunity across anesthesia practice.

Anesthesia Escapes is a 100% CRNA owned & operated CE company that’s helps CRNAs turn ordinary vacations into CE vacations. We proudly contribute to the AANA & states PACs to help support the growing independence of our profession. This illustrates the full independent practice states for CRNAs. We want to hear which other orange states allow CRNA-only practice without being fully independent. Our home state (Alabama) allows CRNA only practice via new legislation that changed our model from “collaboration” to “coordination” which allowed any MD to sign our chart not just an MDA. This includes dentists & podiatrists as well!!
