6 unique stations, completed together in "accountability packs", AFC workouts feature high intensity intervals paired with total body strength training that builds muscle, strength and endurance. At Alpha Fit Club you are part of a team, because we are stronger together. From our Accountability Packs to the supportive coaches, you are never just a number.
