Wondering how to foster early writing skills?! Get their hands moving!

Many of us don’t realize that writing skills start LONG before little ones hold a pencil or crayon. Children need to activate so many muscles in their hands and arms before they can start to form letters and shapes. The more we let them manipulate objects with their hands and fingers, the stronger they’ll get and the closer they become to being writers! So let them scoop, grab, use tongs, “hammer”, and build away 👷🔨🔨✂️🤌

We spent the last month with Jessica Lutrus, M. Ed being farmers, bakers, firefighters, teachers, and most importantly SCIENTISTS!

We had a blast experimenting, listening to stories, playing, and getting a little messy 🤭

Catch Jessica Lutrus, M. Ed for another round of STEM fun during our October session of Spoooooooky Science 🎃👻🧪
