When the BEDROOM is set, everywhere is clean, tidy, lights, fragrance etc, you need your mind to be in a good place.
*
In this period of COVID-19 where there are a lots of responsibilities especially for women. Some people's domestic staff are not working, some are teaching the kids now and the issues are mounting, it is very possible to get so tired and forget that S*X is equally as important as everything else.
*
My ADVICE:
1. Start getting ready during the day.
*
2. Get your spouse to help by telling him or her that s*x is involved at night.
*
3. Don't overwork yourself. Leave excess work, the world will not end if you decide to take a rest!!
*
4. Prepare your mind!
*
5. Talk about it, visualize it, and be more intentional about it!
*
6. Finish the chores early, take time to relax and retire early enough!
*

This morning, I looked at myself in the mirror and the Michelin stripes on my back we're almost completely faded, I was dazed 😳😳😳.

And I'm sure I've lost a few kg but I refuse to climb any scale until I'm sure like 10k haf disappeared. (No need for hypertension Biko 🙄🙄🙄).
