I’ve been reading this book and I was happily surprised when the author started talking about and and how he brings both methods into our daily lives. The book is very interesting and I am loving all the good tips to live in an effortless state.
I have also shared some chapters with my 10 year old girl, hoping she can get the best out of it from a younger age than me.
She is a perfectionist like me, and I want her to learn to make mistakes and fail without feeling bad about herself.
