On Fridays, our scholars conduct field investigations to gain a true perspective of the environment and sustainability over time.

The questions they ask make us go, “hmmm.. we didn’t think about that.” So they have to conduct the research and let us know their findings!! True environmentalists in the making!

Our scholars enjoyed participating in Read Across America Week! This week was filled with reading challenges, read alouds, bookmark designing, and book collections. Beyond this week, encourage your children to read often. As quoted by , “Reading is the gateway skill that makes all other learning possible” !

Last week was National FFA (Future Farmers of America) Week! We were excited to see our FFA Chapter partner with to provide fresh fruits, vegetables, frozen meats, and breakfast bars to families within the community! The level of direct service truly showcased their intentional focus on community service! Way to go CHCS FFA Chapter!
