VLACS offers 400 elementary, middle, high school, and adult education courses. Elementary, middle, and high school offerings are free to NH residents. The Virtual Learning Academy Charter School (VLACS) provides elementary school, middle school, high school, and adult learners worldwide with rigorous, personalized, flexible learning via a relationship-focused, online experience designed to ensure
college, career, and life readiness. Our goal is to offer every student an opportunity to learn in a way that’s focused on their needs, goals, interests, learning styles, and lifestyles—whenever and wherever they want, and regardless of where they happen to live. Students can choose from a multitude of diverse learning options, including face-to- face, blended and online learning with best-in-class supporting technology, systems and infrastructure. Through our competency-based learning model, students are supplied with a meaningful and relevant education designed to promote life skills, provide real-world learning experiences, and prioritize what students learn vs. Families can choose to take courses with us on a part-time basis while enrolled at their local school or home education, or they may apply to our full-time program, making us their official school of record. Additionally, through our adult education program, learners have the ability to earn a high school diploma, gain knowledge, and learn new skills at any age. Our K-12 program is free to New Hampshire residents and available to all others on a tuition basis.
