I love transparency.

In fact, it's one of the biggest keys to my successful sobriety.

And I wonder how many coaches and entrepreneurs are being transparent and are actually making the big bucks they say they are consistently, month after month after month.

And everywhere I go online it seems like all anyone talks about is 10k months! 10k months!

But you know what actually excites me? $3-5k months.

Sure, I get it, consistent 10k+ months is the bees knees for a lot of reasons.

But right now, I'm after the $5k.

Why so 5k, you might ask?

Here's where the transparency part comes in:

Well, I'm in my 2nd year of business and I'm still working outside of the home.

And that's ok!

Because I know I will be able to say goodbye to all that and work FT from home in 2022.

So for me and my family, and our current situation: $4-5k months means Mommy can take off more time from work.

It means it could almost replace my restaurant job income.

It means I won't have to worry about how I'm going to pay for vacations, birthdays, or Christmas.

It means I'm seeing results from all the work I've been putting in, and that the seeds are starting to bloom into something beautiful.

It means I'm on my way to 10k months and beyond.

While 10k months means hitting a 6-figure year and financial freedom to most, $5k means I'm making incredible, undeniable progress.

And honestly, it's more than I need right now.

I know I'll have a very prosperous year again and again, but I don't ever want to forget the sense of pride and accomplishment that hitting consistent 4-figure months means to me.

It's like I've been a caterpillar for so long, but I'm now aware of what it means to be in the chrysalis stage, because I see what's ahead for me. I see what's possible.

I'm sure I butchered that analogy, but you know what I mean lol

So, for all you new and aspiring entrepreneurs out there still working full time outside of the home, let me ask you:

What would an extra $3, 4, or 5 thousand dollars a month mean for you and your family?

My guess for most of you, like myself, is it would be a LIFE CHANGING amount of money.

My very first pay-in-full 4-figure client was last October when the restaurant was barely reopened from the 2nd furlough and I was working like 2 days a week.

That was almost an entire month's pay to me!

I wasn't stressed about my bills during a pandemic for an entire month.

And then I got another client shortly after in November.

I didn't want to get rich quick, but I'll NEVER forget that feeling of relief, that maybe just maybe we were gonna be ok.

So wherever you are in your biz, you should be damn proud of yourself. You overcame a lot of stuff to even get here!

So keep going, Ma.

Take a good long look at your mindset and know that a change of perspective always cures what ails ya.

And stay humble.

Like how refreshing it would be to see more of those nasty "F" words on social media...😱

👉𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙨, 𝙁𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨!

This might sound a little out of the norm from what we're used to, and that's exactly why I want more of it!

❌Less perfection.

❌Less unrealistic success.

❌Less empty promises.

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗹𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲:!

✅More transparency.

✅More struggles.

✅More entrepreneurial roller coaster rides.🎢

There are so many new and newish entrepreneurs here, I think it would be nice to chip away at Imposter Syndrome by showing them it's not all puppies and rainbows.🌈

📣I want to hear from the 6- and 7-figure big dogs that took 2, 3, 5+ years to get there while still working outside of the home, raising a family, going to school, or something hectic like that who almost quit her business.

𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬, 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙡𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙪𝙨 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝗲 𝙩𝙤!

I want to see more of the hardships and obstacles you had to go through to the point of wanting to quit your business.

💡Then I want to be inspired by how you kept going for whatever reason, and that you're glad you did because now you reached your goals.

I think about how many women experience the straw that broke the camel's back, and instead of coming here to get support, they just dip out and quit,and we never hear from them again.😔

It's a beautiful thing to celebrate wins, but intimidating to only see that all the time.

➡️Imposter Syndrome is the #1 pain point my clients struggle with in their business.

Some struggle with it so badly they quit or come this close to throwing in the towel, and I'm often their last hail Mary.

𝗦𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀!

Let's peel back a layer of Imposter Syndrome a little bit by revealing how we all go through it, no matter how massive of a following we get, no matter how many summits were invited to, or how $ucce$$ful we get in our businesses.

✨That way the other biz owners that are silently watching us and are learning from us see how normal it is to experience hills and valleys on this journey.

I'm not saying unload all your failures here, I'm just saying it would be cool to shock me into seeing how some of you big-timers didn't always have this page written in your book yet.

💩That makes me feel like there is hope during those sh*t times when I want to rip my hair out and throw my laptop in a river.

Entrepreneurship is not a neat and tidy present gift wrapped with a sparkly bow. 🎁

📦Mine came in a weird shaped box that looks like it fell off the back of the FedEx truck and tumbled about a third of a mile down hill where it finally landed in a puddle.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗸!! 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹!!

🙄And you want to be normal, don't you?

(Just kidding on that last part lol)😆

I just hope that you're showing up for it all.

I want to see you win, but you have to accept that in order to do so, duality states there has to be a price paid for it.

There are so many things they don't tell you when you're starting out in your coaching biz.

When I started in 2020, I thought it was going to be so different than it actually was!

I had no idea what all it entailed, but the more I learned, the more eager I was to learn even more about it all.

I went deep into my programs.

I implemented all the things I was taught to do and still wasn't seeing the results other people were.

So I tried many different things, and failed.

I kept tweaking things here & there and failed yet again.

And I'm so thankful I failed as often as I did!

Because every time something didn't work for me, it provided me with data I could use for what NOT to do next time.

And one day, things started to click for me in my business!!

I went from having months of radio silence to being booked in just 9 days once I started doing things differently.

We tend to look at failure as a bad thing, but if we change our perspective & see it as a learning tool, we can use it to our advantage.

If you're new on your entrepreneurial journey, there is something you should know:

Failure is a requirement.

Just don't stay frozen though.

It means you gotta put on your scientist hat and look at the data.

What is it telling you?

Where do you need to make tweaks?

How consistent are you in doing things you need to do in order to see growth?

Are you willing to water your biz and give it love, light, and time to allow it to grow, or are you expecting unrealistic results in an unrealistic time frame?

In the new year, it's the perfect time to take a step back and reevaluate your game plan.

When my clients start working with me, they find it's usually their mindset that needs a quick reboot to keep things moving in their online business.

And they're doing things that are not in alignment with their heart and not listening to their intuition.

Here’s something that BREAKS my heart 💔⬇️

“I feel like there is something bigger out there for me, but I'm too scared to break the norm. And frankly, I simply care too much about what others think.” 😞

It starts like this.

And if nothing changes, the person who didn’t follow their calling becomes frustrated and angry.

Life audits are one of those things that can bring a lot of clarity in a super short amount of time! ✨

1️⃣ Step 1: Categorize your life.

What areas of your life are most fun for you? What areas of your life take up the most time? What areas of your life would you love to improve? (Example: Family+Friends, Spirituality, Health, Finances, Fun+Recreation, Romantic Relationship)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2️⃣ Step 2: Mini Vision

Under each area, write a few sentences and “mood words” that would describe the perfect and most aligned version of it. (Example: Romantic Relationship - passionate, honest, sexy, exciting, deep, laughter, calm, tears of joy, growth, connection etc)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3️⃣ Step 3: Audit

Now if you believe that your inner reality creates your outer reality, then babe... take an honest look and ask yourself: how can I attune my energy so it will mirror my vision in step 2? How does my ideal self show up in her life that already lives this reality?

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4️⃣ Step 4: Take Action

This step is crucial, my love. Since this is a mini audit, simply choose 2 simple action steps that you need to implement into your life to bring you closer to your vision. (Example: create a manifestation practice, simplify my home, etc.)

💰Since April 2020, I’ve invested just over $20,000 in courses, coaches, & programs for my business.

🧠I set out to learn everything I possibly could.

When I look back on 2021, I realize how far I've come in my online coaching business.

𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗧𝗢𝗡!

But after implementing all the steps, following all the online business "rules", and being consistent in doing all the things I was taught to do, I was still met with some resistance in actually growing and conducting my business from a place that felt good to me.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲.

Eventually I got so frustrated and confused that I experienced the dreaded Business Burn Out.

💪But I kept at it, through tears, swearing profusely, and teeth grinding.

There were times when I would ask, “Why wasn’t I moving the needle in my business?”

After all, I was doing everything I was taught to do by my carefully hand selected mentors.

So I found myself questioning if what I was doing was still valuable to others, and if I should keep going at all.

💡Until one day I took a step back and had a life-changing realization:

𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗘.

Hey, don’t get me wrong.

💯Everything I've been taught is SOLID GOLD.

But what works for others won’t always work for me.

This is where my mindset took a giant turn for the better.

My purpose is simple: 𝑻𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔.

👉To show other women how to release their limiting beliefs and reveal their gifts to share with their audience

👉To silence her self-doubt we all go through

👉To be reunited with her Inner Child once again

So I decided to take all the knowledge I've received with a grain of salt and move forward doing things 𝘮𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘺.
