New month. Same mission. 🚗❤️

Yesterday Sean and I hit the road for Bellevue to bring home another one and apparently I documented the entire adventure. 😂

From “come with us to buy a car” ➡️ meeting Chris ➡️ bringing the Highlander home to Nissan Everett, this is what buying cars actually looks like around here.

And THIS is what I want to show more of, not just the cars, but the people, the stories and everything that happens behind the scenes to get them here.

September was BUSY. I have a few adoptions I still haven’t shared with you 🤦‍♀️, but we’re officially into October and I NEED CARS!

Remember the 2019 Civic from my home visits? Today it officially arrived at Nissan Everett, where it’ll wait for its next owner.

When I went out to see it, the owner was working, so his dad met me and could not have been sweeter.
But my favorite part? The kids had to stay in the car when delivered because they didn’t know the Civic was being sold. 🥹 They loved it and weren’t quite ready to know it was going away.

THIS is why I say cars become part of our families. They carry our kids, our memories and little pieces of our lives with them.

Today I finally met the owner, we wrapped everything up, and now we get to help this Civic start its next chapter. ❤️

And apparently I dressed appropriately for another adoption. 😂 My favorite man surprised me with this “MOTHER” shirt for our anniversary — now I just need to add “of Cars.” 😉❤️

As promised… The beautiful 2020 Ram made its way to its new home with us at Nissan Everett today, and we couldn’t be happier to have it. ❤️

But honestly, Brenda and Warren were the best part of the whole experience.

What started with a truck turned into a relationship — and one of those moments that reminds me why I’m here and why God may have me exactly where I am.

We talked about life, family and faith… and somehow ended up having a little Bible study right on the showroom floor. ❤️

A sweet reminder that God is in control. He already knows what’s ahead, and sometimes our job is simply to trust Him and let Him be God.

The cars bring us together, but these moments and relationships are what make it all worthwhile.

Brenda & Warren, thank you for trusting me with your truck — and for the conversation, the laughs, and the sweet moments we shared. I truly hope our paths cross again. ❤️

As promised… delivered today! ❤️🚗

Meet Jordan and our beautiful 2025 Prius Plug-In! He recently moved here from Vancouver, WA, and this was one of those transactions that reminds me why I still love this business after 35 years.

The cars bring us together — the relationships are what make it worthwhile. ❤️

Jordan loved his Prius, so he especially liked hearing that when we can, we share the next chapter with our sellers — who adopted their car and where it ended up. Because these cars really ARE part of people’s lives.

And somehow we went from cars to moving… to the cost of living… to grocery shopping. 😂

So naturally I had to give Jordan my Whole Foods speech: it is NOT always “Whole Paycheck!” Shop it right and there are things I find cheaper than Kroger stores — and I love the quality. 😂🙌

25 years. We remember. We honor. We never forget. 🇺🇸

Today this wonderful couple and I found ourselves talking about where we were on 9/11. She was only in 7th grade, and he wasn’t even living in the U.S. yet. It was a reminder of how much time has passed — and why it’s still so important that we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes of that day. ❤️🇺🇸

And , I also got to adopt their beautiful 2016 Honda Pilot Elite.

We recently had a Pilot sell within days, so I knew I wanted this one. Elite, dual roofs, incredibly clean and hard to find.

After a couple days of talking, I finally said: “Anyone is going to want this car. I want it. What’s it going to take?”

A strong, fair offer, no running all over town, and we made it happen. ❤️

… another adoption AND another great relationship. ❤️🚗

Sandeep came to me through KBB and knew what his 2018 Murano was worth. 😉 Tough negotiator — but he had a GREAT car, and a good car is worth paying for.

I started by meeting him at his home, we worked everything out ahead of time, and when he came to Nissan Everett to deliver the car and finish the transaction, it took about five minutes.

No hassle. No wasted day. Just easy.

While we were wrapping things up, we got talking about his son, who will be graduating from college soon. His son was actually coming to pick him up, so Sandeep wanted me to show him a Rogue and let him get a feel for something a little smaller than the Murano.

That’s what I love. I started out buying his car — and ended up building a relationship for the next one. ❤️

And now we have a super-clean, well-loved SUV we’ll be able to offer for under $15K!
