I had an awesome time today in Evart, Michigan training the Springhill Camps staff on the Enneagram!

We focused on the 3 centers of intelligence - head, heart, gut - and how we need to use all three for a healthy team.

The staff broke up into centers and talked about what it looks like to have a gut center-heavy team 💪🏼

It's an absolute DELIGHT to have two of my favorite friends on the podcast.

Katie (8) - she was a mentor to me in high school via Campus Life. Bold, confident, and caring, when Katie speaks, I always listen. She is wise and shows me how to love Jesus fiercely.

Timmy (9) - Timmy is kind to everyone & makes us all believe we are valued. He's a deep thinker and engages with the world from a patient and open-minded place.

I can't say enough about how much I love these two. My favorite quality in friends is that we can have both deep conversations and roll-on-the-floor fun, and thankfully I have that with Katie and Timmy.

They did an excellent job explaining Enneagram Types 8 and 9. You will love these episodes!
