Important Reminder for All Families

To help us maintain proper staffing and child-to-staff ratios, we ask that all families adhere to their approved childcare schedules. Also keeping in mind staff is paid hourly. We are paid a certain amount per day for allocated hours . Giving us 3.20 rate at these hours.
We are helping while you work. Please help us while we do the same .

Each family is allotted 40 hours per week, unless have contracted for additional hours and pay extra fees for those extended schedules. In many cases, those children attend fewer days per week to accommodate their approved hours.

Because children arrive and depart at different times throughout the day, our staffing schedules are carefully planned around each family’s designated drop-off and pick-up times. When children are picked up later than scheduled, it can create overflow in the classroom and affect our ability to maintain appropriate ratios and provide the highest quality care.

Please ensure that your child is picked up at their scheduled time each day. If you anticipate being late, notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and support in helping us provide a safe, organized, and well-staffed environment for all children in our care.

Thank you for your understanding and partnership.
